TAKE NOTICE THAT the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA) is to be held virtually:

DATE: Sunday November 6, 2022

AGENDA
The agenda will handle the normal annual business, including the President and Treasurer reports to the members, and the election of the Executive Board.
It is important that a quorum is achieved for this meeting in order for all discussions and decisions to be validated. As per the CPMA Bylaws, Section 1. k. “‘quorum’ at the annual or special general meeting of members shall consist of (10) active members in good standing, provided that there is at least one member from each of the provincial associations that comprise the majority”.
